An extract from the report:




As this quarter marks the beginning of the year many students had not embarked on school work so in January and Feb students were still nursing the long holiday hangovers. In March they had come back to class in full swing hence using the library in big numbers as usual. Many community members were really coming for newspapers as there was a by –election for the Malindi constituency. So many people were looking at every day schedule of meetings to be carried out by the two major parties led by the president and the former prime minister.
