Dabaso Report: May 2021

Towards the end of this quarter, Covid-19 positive cases took a spike. Practitioners say the fourth wave is looming. More deaths are being reported today. The Delta variant is here. It is complex in its own ways.
Gede town is much closer to Dabaso. The public health center in Gede now serves as an isolation-cum-treatment center for Covid-19 victims…and things are not looking good down there.
At the libraries, we have not rested. We have committed ourselves to uphold the protocols by the health ministry. Our bursary students are all safe now as they all went back to school to begin the disruptive calendar year.
