We collect information about you when you join our mailing list as a supporter, your name and email address.

We use the data collected to send you updates on our activities and details of events.
If you make a donation that is eligible for gift aid then we have to collect your address and this is kept on file and used in the online HMRC form when we make the claim.
We do not share this information with any third party. It is held on a password-secured online database and on password protected computer used by committee members.
How long will we keep the information?
You can unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of any email we send you. We will then delete your information from our records.
